When I first saw their bangs in cure form, I thought “Wait, are these sisters?” - but the names got revealed and I thought “…I guess these bangs have a different, “friend-to-look-up-to / kakkoi oneesan” meaning.” The pink usually has someone to admire so…Madoka (and Elena, for that matter) fit that perfectly.
The last duo combo to draw is Lala and Madoka. Maybe I’ll do their cure forms for that ‘cuz haven’t drawn Cure Selene yet. And that design is pretty solid, imo.
